No clue. Eric got his confirmation. Did you give them your e-mail address? If you did, it might just be slow processing. I know that last year, we only got confirmation about 2 weeks before the con. Even if you don't get confirmation, you can just give them your name and they'll find your badge. If they can't, raise hell! ^^
